Patrol Service (VA):
The function of patrol is to respond to calls for assistance and reports of criminal activity, act as a deterrent to crime, enforce state and local laws, enforce private property rules and policies, identify community needs, provide support and assistance to the community and respond to emergencies. Our Patrol Officers conduct both Mobile and Foot patrols of your property during every patrol.
Foot patrols are typically conducted by security officers who walk around the premises, checking for any signs of suspicious activity or security breaches.
Mobile patrols, on the other hand, are conducted using vehicles, allowing security officers to cover larger areas more quickly. Mobile patrols are also useful for responding to alarms or incidents that require a quick response time.
Active patrols involve security personnel actively seeking out potential security threats by patrolling specific areas on a regular basis. This type of patrol is ideal for high-risk areas, as it provides a visible security presence that can deter potential criminals. Active patrols can also be tailored to specific needs, such as focusing on areas that are particularly vulnerable to theft or vandalism.
Random patrols involve security personnel patrolling an area at irregular intervals, making it difficult for potential criminals to predict when security personnel will be present. This type of patrol is ideal for areas that are not at a high risk but still require a level of security. Random patrols can also be used to supplement active patrols, providing an additional layer of security and reducing the predictability of security presence.
