VA DCJS Compliance Agent

A natural person employed by a licensed private security services business to assure the compliance of the private security services business and its personnel with the Code of Virginia and the state regulations relating to private security services.

Compliance agents ensure that the licensee and all employees conform to all application requirements, administrative requirements and standards of conduct pursuant to the Code of Virginia and the state regulations. In addition, the agent ensures that all regulated employees carry proper credentials while on duty.

Falcon Global Security will ONLY use certified VA DCJS Compliance Agents.

 

Quality Control Inspectors

Quality Control Inspectors inspect employees to insure that they are in compliance with VA DCJS regulations as well as the company policy's for the company that has hired a Falcon Global Security Quality Control Inspector.

 

Most company's have In-House Quality Control Inspectors, however the benefit of hiring an Outside-of-House Quality Control Inspector insures that there is no basis with the employees and that every quality control inspection will be completed fully and accurately with nothing being "swept under the rug" or having the inspector "look the other way". This allows ALL complaisance and violations to be brought into focus to the contracting company's management. Our Quality Control Inspectors will also report knowledge, performance and conduct of the employee to the contracting company.

Falcon Global Security will NOT perform any disciplinary action for another company's employees; we will complete and compile reports for the company. It is the contracting company's responsibility to carry out any disciplinary action on their own employees. At the request of the contracting company, Falcon Global Security's Quality Control Inspectors may be "escorted" by a Supervisor of the contracting company during the quality control inspections.
